Two-Step Verification
"Hi, this is [Your Firm]. Reply 1 to chat securely now, or 2 to schedule a call." The client replies "1." Since they initiated the request to chat, they expect the follow-up message. This eliminates the phishing ("smishing") concerns from outside links.
